We want an individual who hates inefficiency but is brilliant at working with rule-breakers. They must be obsessed with detail, but able to be flexible. Someone who is addicted to organisation, but plays nice with creatives. A person who will go the extra mile for our clients, but also for our team. Someone who will take control of absolutely everything, but in a nice way. A person that rages internally if things are chaotic, but smiles and laughs anyway. Someone who has unique individual skills, but wants to work with a brilliant team.
Location: Guernsey or Jersey
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience advantageous
