Anova recently won ‘Best Creative’ at Digital Jersey’s tech awards for our collaborative work - ’The Black Mirror of Wellbeing. This recognition was for a presentation that wasn’t just a showcase of data but a narrative that held a mirror up to the wellbeing industry, inspired by the thought-provoking themes of Charlie Brooker’s “Black Mirror”.
The award-winning presentation, titled ‘The Black Mirror of Wellbeing’, explored the dystopian potential of human resources and employee wellbeing if left unchecked. It used Anova’s cutting-edge, science-backed employee engagement survey platform to weave a tale as cautionary as it was enlightening.
At Potting Shed, we believe our creative ventures should challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of conventional thinking. Working with Anova allowed us to delve deep into the realms of what could be, rather than what is. Our collaboration highlighted how data, when interpreted with a lens of futuristic realism, can reveal much about our current practices and where they might lead if left unguided.
